ON THE ISSUES
Affordability
Feeding your family. Filling your gas tank, paying your heating bills, buying a home, or finding an apartment you can afford. These should all be within reach. But in New York, it's harder than ever to make ends meet thanks to the Albany Democrats and their costly, misguided priorities. Like spending more than 4 billion dollars on a failed plan for migrants and illegal immigrants while many of our seniors and vulnerable New Yorkers struggle to make ends meet. This November we have an opportunity to reverse course. To elect leaders who will join me and work to lower the cost of living, reduce taxes, and fight against policies that make it more expensive for you to live here. You work hard for your money and you deserve to keep more of it.
Public Saftey
Crime isn't just in the big cities. It's everywhere. Stolen cars, vandalism, retail theft, hate crimes. The killing and injuring of police officers. The cold-blooded murder of innocent people. It's sick and it needs to stop.

I'm fighting every day to change our state laws. Working with law enforcement to keep criminals off the streets, and keep violent felons behind bars. I'm humbled to have received the endorsements of several public safety organizations. Including the Monroe County Law Enforcement Association, Rochester Police Locust Club, Finger Lakes Police Federation, Police Conference of New York, and the Livingston County Deputy Sheriff's Coalition. I will never stop working to keep you, your family and our community safe.
Supporting Local Businesses and Family Farms
Report after report ranks our state as one of the most challenging for owning a business. As your State Senator, I will continue to work closely with our small business owners and family farmers to offer common sense alternatives to the overly aggressive and costly regulations, high taxes and arbitrary policies that put jobs and opportunities at risk. I’m very proud to have the endorsement of the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) and to be the recipient of New York Farm Bureau Circle of Friends award and the New York Farm Net Farm Family Advocate of the Year award.

I know the everyday challenges of our farmers and local businesses, and I plan to continue helping them rather than burdening them.
Working for Our Future
We all want our children to have better opportunities than we had. To be safer in their schools and neighborhoods. To get a good education. Find a job. Buy a home. Build a business. Run the family farm. Start their own family......Right here in our state!
But the reality is, the New York our children and grandchildren are growing up in isn't on the right track. And it's easy to get discouraged.
But I'm not.
I'm more motivated than ever to work with you to fight for the changes we need. To make our state more affordable and safer for the next generation.

You have my word, I will continue to work hard and prioritize people over politics. I will never stop fighting for you, your family, and our community.
